What does Datplan DataPull do?

Datplan DataPull connects to supported business systems, refreshes data, and lets users build dashboards, charts, KPIs, filters, and exports. It is designed for users who want repeatable reporting without manually preparing the same data each time.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is the area where source connections, refreshed data, and dashboards are organised. A business may use one workspace for one company or create separate workspaces for different reporting areas.

What is a source?

A source is a connected business system. Examples include systems such as Xero and HubSpot, with more sources added as they become available.

Yes. Open Scheduler and create a schedule for a selected workspace, source, and connection. Schedules can be created once, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Can I use Datplan with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView?

Where supported, Datplan DataPull creates fact and dimension style star-schema exports that BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and similar reporting tools can connect to and refresh from after new pulls are run.
