Controlled refresh and full re-pull

Refresh behaviour is source-specific: Xero and QuickBooks support full and incremental sync, while HubSpot supports partial incremental sync for supported pulls below the applicable 10,000 limit. A controlled full re-pull remains available where a clean rebuild is needed.

What Datplan does—and where another tool takes over

Does Datplan replace Power BI or Tableau?

No. Datplan can build local dashboards, but its BI export workflow is designed to prepare stable source files and reporting tables for tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik.

What can I schedule?

Supported plans can schedule a selected workspace, source and connection once, daily, weekly or monthly. Schedules can use Windows Task Scheduler to open the app, or run while the app remains open.

What diagnostic information is available?

The app provides endpoint results, a run summary, event logs, reconciliation output, exportable sync reports, diagnostics and support ZIP packages.
