Do not send passwords, provider tokens, raw customer data, full local databases, or screenshots containing sensitive information unless Datplan specifically asks for them through a secure support route.
Source tier purchases
Source tiers are selected inside Datplan DataPull after sign-in. The secure in-app payment flow applies the selected source tier to the signed-in email address after payment confirmation.
For billing changes, cancellation support, duplicate charges, or source access issues, contact Datplan using the support email.
