In-app source-plan purchases
Purchases are made inside Datplan DataPull after sign-in. Users choose a source and plan, review the current price and allowance, and complete payment through the secure in-app flow. Website pricing pages provide information but do not take public plan payments.
Payment success and cancellation return pages show return status. Source access is applied only after relevant payment and account state has been confirmed.
Source access and billing
Live-source access is purchased by source and plan and associated with the purchasing account. Multiple email addresses may access the same provider tenant where the provider permits that model and appropriate user permissions exist.
Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes. Unused monthly allowances and daily pull credits do not roll over.
Upgrades and downgrades
Users may upgrade during a billing period where supported. Any additional charge, access change or allowance treatment will be confirmed in the billing process. Downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless Datplan agrees otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are not normally refunded or prorated after source access starts, except where required by law, where Datplan cannot provide paid access, or where a duplicate charge or billing error occurred.
Ending source access may prevent future pulls after the paid period. It does not automatically delete dashboards, exports, logs, schemas or other outputs already created on the user’s device.
Fair use and limits
Datplan allowances remain subject to provider limits and usage already consumed outside Datplan. If another app, integration, automation or user consumes a provider tenant’s quota, a Datplan pull may be limited before the Datplan plan allowance is fully used.
Users must not bypass allowances, source permissions, provider rate limits, account controls or provider terms. Datplan may restrict, suspend or refuse access where use appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with the intended reporting workflow.
Full and incremental pulls
Datplan may offer full and incremental pulls. An incremental pull uses the last saved position or checkpoint only where the provider and endpoint support that behaviour. It may reduce repeated download volume but does not bypass Datplan or provider limits.
Dashboards and BI exports
Fact-and-dimension outputs, dashboards and BI packages are available where the selected source, endpoint, dataset and plan support them. BI tools may connect to exported files and refresh from later exports.
Datplan does not guarantee a finished Power BI, Tableau or Qlik model. Users remain responsible for BI relationships, measures, report logic, file access, cloud publication, refresh configuration and review of results.
Third-party source limits and accuracy
Datplan does not own or control third-party source providers. Source access is subject to provider API availability, permissions, rate limits, service availability, account usage, public-register content and terms.
Datplan pulls and prepares source data for reporting but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality or suitability. Users must review source records and reporting logic before making business, sales, credit, accounting, compliance or legal decisions.
Customer responsibilities
Users must protect their Windows device, account, local app data, exports and backups; connect only sources they are authorised to access; comply with source-provider terms; and control any later sharing or publication of exported data.
