Terms of use
These terms explain Datplan DataPull source access, billing, cancellation, renewal, usage allowances, source provider limits, payment return pages and user responsibilities.
In-app source tier purchases
Purchases are made inside Datplan DataPull after sign-in. Users choose a source, select a tier, and complete payment through the secure in-app payment flow. The website pricing pages explain plans and allowances but do not provide public purchase buttons.
Payment success and cancellation return pages are used to show payment return status. Source access is applied only after the relevant payment and account state has been confirmed.
Source access and billing
Datplan DataPull source access is purchased by source and plan. Users sign in with an email address and source access is associated with the purchasing email address. Multiple email addresses may access the same tenant where the source provider allows that access model and the relevant permissions are in place.
Prices are shown excluding VAT and applicable taxes. Unused monthly allowances and daily pull credits do not roll over.
Upgrades and downgrades
Users may upgrade during a billing period where supported. Any extra charge, access change, or allowance treatment will be confirmed during the billing process. Downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless a different arrangement is agreed with Datplan.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are not normally refunded or prorated once source access has started, except where required by law, where Datplan cannot provide the paid access, or where there is a duplicate charge or billing error.
Cancelling source access may prevent future pulls after the paid period ends. It does not delete dashboards, exports, logs, schemas, or other outputs already created on the user device.
Fair use
Datplan allowances are subject to source provider limits and any allowance already used outside Datplan. If another app, integration, automation, or user consumes the provider tenant's API quota, Datplan pulls may be limited before the Datplan tier allowance is fully used.
Users must not attempt to bypass allowances, source permissions, rate limits, account controls, or provider terms. Datplan may restrict, suspend, or refuse access where usage appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the intended reporting workflow.
Full pulls, incremental pulls and BI exports
Datplan DataPull may offer full pulls and incremental pulls. Incremental pulls use the last saved pull position or checkpoint where supported by the source provider and endpoint. Incremental pulls may reduce Datplan tier allowance usage and source provider allowance consumption compared with repeated full pulls, but they do not bypass source provider limits or Datplan plan allowances.
Star-schema exports, including fact and dimension style outputs, are available where supported by the relevant source, endpoint and dataset. BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView and similar tools may connect to exported outputs and refresh from updated exports. Availability and suitability depend on the selected source, tier, dataset and provider limits.
Third-party source limits and source-data accuracy
Datplan does not own or control third-party source providers, including accounting systems, CRM systems, public registers or other API services. Datplan tier allowances are subject to the relevant source provider’s service availability, API limits, tenant/account usage, public register content and terms.
Datplan pulls and presents source data for reporting workflows but does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality or suitability of source-provider data. Users are responsible for reviewing source records before making business, sales, credit, compliance or legal decisions.
