Datplan does not own or control third-party source providers. All tier allowances are subject to source provider limits, service availability, tenant/account API usage, and any allowance already used outside Datplan.

Choose tier
Choose the source tier inside the app. Access is applied to the signed-in email address after payment confirmation.
Which plan fits your reporting work?
Start with the source you need, then choose the tier that matches how many clients, tenants or accounts you refresh and how often you report.
Solo
Best for one business, one client, or a light reporting workflow where occasional manual syncs and a small number of dashboards are enough.
Growth
Best for small practices, finance teams, consultants or agencies managing several connected clients or accounts with regular dashboards and scheduled refreshes.
Pro
Best for frequent reporting across more clients, more dashboards, heavier exports and repeated analysis where manual spreadsheet rebuilds are too slow.
Heavy
Best for high-volume reporting, multi-client use, more frequent API pulls and larger dashboard or export workloads.
Companies House Discovery
Best for low-cost UK new-company research, sector and regional filtering, dashboard data tables, and market discovery from public records.

Pricing terms explained
Monthly data allowance
The monthly Datplan allowance for pulled source data under that source tier, subject to source provider limits and other API usage on the same provider account or tenant.
Pull credits
The number of pull runs available per day for that source tier. Full and incremental pulls can both consume credits.
Connected clients/accounts
The number of provider companies, tenants, portals, accounts, or client connections that can be used under that source tier.
Unlimited data rows*
Datplan does not set a separate row count cap on output rows, but all rows remain subject to tier allowance, pull credits, source limits, and provider-side restrictions.
Xero source tiers
Use Xero tiers for finance reporting workflows such as month-end review, invoice analysis, payments, reconciliation outputs and BI-ready fact/dimension exports.
