HubSpot source access is aimed at sales, operations, and finance users who need CRM data pulls, reporting models, pipeline dashboards, exports, and account analysis.

Many businesses do not need every possible connector. A finance consultancy may need Xero access for client reporting, while an operations team may need HubSpot access for CRM reporting. Datplan DataPull separates source access so users can choose the API products and usage tier that match their reporting workload.
Each tier controls the same public allowance categories: monthly data allowance, pull credits, connected clients, dashboard count, scheduler availability, and export types. This makes source selection easier to understand and keeps pricing tied to actual reporting volume.
Monthly allowance
The monthly data allowance defines how much data can be pulled for that source during the billing month. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Pull credits
Pull credits represent how many source pulls can be run each day. Higher tiers support more frequent reporting and larger workflows.
Connected clients
Connected clients help match the tier to the number of businesses, accounts, or client environments being reported on.

If another app, integration, automation, or user consumes the provider tenant's API quota, Datplan pulls may be limited before the Datplan tier allowance is fully used. †Incremental pulls use the last saved pull position or checkpoint where supported by the source provider and endpoint. This can reduce Datplan tier allowance usage and provider allowance consumption compared with repeated full pulls.
