Discovery questions
Check what public-register data can support
Does the Companies House source include emails, phone numbers or websites?
No. The standard discovery source does not provide verified emails, telephone numbers, domains or websites and does not invent or enrich those fields.
Is it a contact database?
No. It is a recent-company discovery and research dataset based on public register information.
Can I filter by sector and location?
Yes, where the public source data supports those fields. Prepared fields include sector or SIC group, town, postcode area, company type, status and incorporation date.
Does Datplan verify Companies House filings?
No. Datplan pulls and presents public-register data but does not guarantee the underlying record’s accuracy, completeness or suitability for a business, credit, compliance or legal decision.
