BI-ready reporting files

Prepare Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot and TallyPrime data for QlikView or Qlik Sense

Prepare Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot and TallyPrime reporting data for QlikView or Qlik Sense with stable fact-and-dimension files, a guarded QVS load script and scheduled local or shared outputs.

How do I get Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot or TallyPrime data into QlikView or Qlik Sense?

Run the supported source pull in Datplan, create the BI package in a stable folder, then load the prepared fact and dimension files in Qlik. The package includes datplan-qlik-load.qvs, semantic metadata and relationship guidance. The generated script supports QlikView/Qlik Sense file-loading patterns and only activates associations the Datplan semantic contract marks safe for automatic use.

Xero to Qlik

Prepare finance, invoice, payment and other supported Xero reporting grains for a Qlik model.

See Xero reporting →

HubSpot to Qlik

Keep companies, contacts, deals and activities separate so pipeline value is not multiplied by activity joins.

See HubSpot reporting →

QuickBooks and TallyPrime

Use prepared accounting facts and dimensions from supported QuickBooks or TallyPrime pulls rather than rebuilding extraction logic inside the BI app.

Why a QVS file is useful

Start with a reusable load-script layer

Qlik documents QVS files as reusable load-script blocks that can be inserted into Qlik load scripts. Datplan uses that pattern to provide a starter script alongside the exported tables. You still review paths, table names, associations and the final Qlik data model.

Private, shared or scheduled

Keep it local

Write the Datplan files to the Windows PC and build the Qlik application against a controlled local reporting copy.

Use shared storage

Write to a permitted network, OneDrive-synced or SharePoint-synced location when the reporting team needs a shared file layer.

Schedule the source layer

Use Datplan scheduling to refresh supported source data and files; then run the Qlik reload under the controls configured in Qlik.

Common questions

Know what Datplan prepares and what remains in your BI tool

Is Datplan a native Qlik connector?

No. Datplan prepares stable reporting files and a starter Qlik load script. Qlik remains responsible for the application, connections, data model, measures, security and refresh.

What is datplan-qlik-load.qvs?

It is a guarded QlikView/Qlik Sense load-script file included with the Datplan BI package. It loads the stable CSV exports and only emits validated non-circular associations. Review the folder connection and finished Qlik application logic before operational use.

Can I keep Qlik reporting files local?

Yes. Datplan can write the prepared files to a local folder. For a team workflow, use a Windows-accessible network or organisation-controlled synced folder and apply the destination platform’s permissions.

Can I schedule Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot or TallyPrime data for Qlik?

Datplan scheduling can update supported source data and exports once, daily, weekly or monthly on supported plans. Qlik reload remains a separate job.

Does Datplan create a finished Qlik dashboard?

No. Datplan prepares the source and semantic layer. The Qlik app, visual design and business measures remain under your control.
