The short answer
Authorise and sync the HubSpot portal while online. Datplan prepares separate company, contact, deal and supported activity grains locally. Saved dashboards can continue to read that completed reporting dataset if the PC later has no internet connection.
What the local dataset can support
- Company and contact counts by supported descriptive fields
- Deal pipeline, stage, amount, owner and close-date reporting
- Supported call, email, meeting and other activity analysis where authorised and available
- Existing CSV, JSON and BI exports written to the selected folder
Use Deals for pipeline value and Activities for sales-work volume. Do not join them in a way that repeats the same deal amount for every activity.
The easy Datplan workflow
- SelectChoose the workspace, HubSpot source and connected portal.
- SyncRun the supported pull and review its endpoint results.
- ReportOpen a saved dashboard or write stable files for Excel and Power BI.
Offline reporting is not an offline CRM
You cannot retrieve newer records, reauthorise the portal, change HubSpot records or assume the dashboard is live while offline. Always show or check the last successful sync time before using a pipeline or activity report.
Use scheduling to refresh before the data is needed
On supported plans, schedule the selected HubSpot portal once, daily, weekly or monthly. Keep the Windows PC, network, connection and stable export folder available. Verify the execution result and then verify any downstream Power BI refresh separately.
The local copy remains your responsibility
CRM data can contain personal and commercially sensitive information. Protect the Windows account, device, app data and export folders, and review any later sharing through email, shared storage or a BI cloud service.
Frequently asked questions
Can I review HubSpot dashboard data offline with Datplan?
Yes. After a successful HubSpot sync, saved Datplan dashboards can use the latest locally stored reporting data. They do not show CRM changes made after that sync.
Can I update HubSpot records while offline through Datplan?
No. Datplan is a reporting and export workflow, not an offline HubSpot write-back client. Connecting, reauthorising and retrieving newer portal data require internet access.
Can a scheduled HubSpot sync run without internet?
No. Scheduling can start a supported job, but the PC, Datplan execution mode, network, HubSpot service, authorised connection, plan allowance and output folder must all be available.
